

{"id":124,"date":"2012-02-10T10:28:09","date_gmt":"2012-02-10T08:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/catalinx.homeftp.org\/wordpress\/?p=124"},"modified":"2012-04-11T23:06:10","modified_gmt":"2012-04-11T21:06:10","slug":"managers-dream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/catalinx.ro\/wordpress\/?p=124","title":{"rendered":"Manager&#8217;s Dream&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Managers, all dream to manage, to create strategies and set guidelines to their employees.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, often it happens that decisions fall unilaterally and inflexibly from the very top, specially if we talk corporate wise.<\/p>\n<p>The management job then , reduces from the job of the leader ,of the strategy creator ,of the decision maker to the profession of a dispatcher, conductor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The leader then, is just playing the role of \u00a0guide , who tours his \u00a0team following the already written and decided paths.<\/p>\n<p>Here from the \u00a0 big corporatist meeting for discussing strategies \u00a0, I depict a reality in contradiction with the famous \u00a0titles.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve seen people who like to talk in front of \u00a0large teams , jerking off their\u00a0manager skills in front of the crowd, spitting out with fake \u00a0spontaneity\u00a0\u00a0 their memorized\u00a0speech and enjoying when \u00a0members of their audience \u00a0are providing a good hand in support of this public jerk-off , in their desperate desire to make themselves visible in the crowd \u00a0, worthy of getting picked for \u00a0 a better position in the\u00a0hierarchy.<\/p>\n<p>The so called open discussions are in fact \u00a0regulatory meetings of \u00a0unilateral decision passing , brain washing of any contradictory arguments , &#8220;proactively&#8221; \u00a0bending any\u00a0shadow of \u00a0alternative ideas\u00a0, cutting off from the roots any suspicion of rejection or\u00a0insubordination, gently of course, using the diplomatic red axe of \u00a0&#8220;<em>who&#8217;s not with us, is against us<\/em>&#8221; \u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u00a0Such companies are building-up the\u00a0primacy\u00a0of the smaller dick.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In translation , promoting upper and upper those who manifest the highest subordination attitude , who give up fastest to their ideas in favor of embracing the much better , much more majestic \u00a0ideas coming from \u00a0the top , who validate and even push further to paroxysm, the dedication and the alignment with what&#8217;s already\u00a0decided\u00a0and the ideas that have been already thought\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>The management chain is selectively built out of \u00a0a choir of &#8220;yes&#8221; voices, a stable of silent digesting cows, \u00a0turning the hard stuff into shit , to paint the faces of the unpriviledged ones with it.<\/p>\n<p>Here and then , you may see smart folks , just posing in quiet \u00a0and\u00a0obedient\u00a0shepards \u00a0 ,\u00a0secretly\u00a0using true\u00a0intelligent\u00a0means in just\u00a0achieving\u00a0the written KPIs and doing as much as possible the right things \u00a0through \u00a0underground and shortcut methods. True \u00a0blood gamblers ,risking their positions and playing hide from the eyes of those \u00a0who hunt the\u00a0noncompliance, those\u00a0incapable of raising themselves to the level of their own bullshit, living on pointing fingers. This kind of player I do respect , even in corporatist environment\u00a0. Playing the role of \u00a0Neo in a matrix\u00a0\u00a0 of ever flatting rules.<\/p>\n<p>You would think that such companies , promoting leadership based on such \u00a0criteria should be meant to fail, but they don&#8217;t, and the reason why , is right \u00a0this high degree of subordination , compliance and surface organization and reorganization.<\/p>\n<p>The environment grows ever \u00a0controlled and all runs by a plan , achieving or not the targets , crawling through mediocrity sometimes , but never escaping to the chaos of insubordination and rogue decisions at any intermediate levels.<\/p>\n<p>The only \u00a0true management values freely convertible in Gold or Silver \u00a0(Visa or Mastercard) are the ability of deleting any trace of ego from \u00a0yourself and your \u00a0subordinates , trimming down personalities \u00a0to fully comply the corporate profile and \u00a0quick removal of the resilient subjects that cannot be assimilated , converted and that are constituting infectious source of free \u00a0thinking and disobedience.<\/p>\n<p>This brain log cannot have any conclusion , as it is from the very\u00a0beginning\u00a0the conclusion of \u00a0the management&#8230;in the way that my brain can decode the images on the retina and the vibrations on my eardrum&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The abject and obtrusive \u00a0 language \u00a0does not \u00a0imply my adversity whatsoever , but \u00a0I&#8217;m painting my walls in strong tones .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Managers, all dream to manage, to create strategies and set guidelines to their employees.
