Viteza medie a fost de circa 100km\/h, c\u0103 am prins por\u021biuni aglomerate. In unele locuri se mergea mai bine, era plin de flasheri care nu respectau limitele de vitez\u0103 nici orientativ , eu m-am limitat natural la p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 140km\/h. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu-s camere, nu prea e poli\u021bie la p\u00e2nd\u0103. De aia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Austria viteza pe autostrad\u0103 e limitat\u0103 tot la 130km\/h , autostrad\u0103 de la un cap la altul \u0219i acolo , de men\u021bionat c\u0103 am condus toat\u0103 distan\u021ba noaptea \u0219i c\u0103 au camere. Aproape tot timpul am avut senza\u021bia c\u0103 e aglomerat pentru ora aia pe autostrad\u0103. \u0218i totu\u0219i am ie\u0219it din \u021bar\u0103 cu o medie de 110km\/h. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prea mult \u00een plus nu era loc de scos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2teva aspecte despre vignete.  In Rom\u00e2nia \u0219tim c\u0103 po\u021bi circula pe drumuri na\u021bionale, europene \u0219i autostr\u0103zi doar pl\u0103tind o tax\u0103 de uz &#8211; vignet\u0103. Sunt c\u00e2teva \u021b\u0103ri din Europa care practic\u0103 asta. La fel e \u0219i \u00een Ungaria \u0219i \u00een Austria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judec\u00e2nd dup\u0103 ce am v\u0103zut pe drum , in Ungaria e foarte justificat. P\u00e2n\u0103 la Budapesta 5 din 10 numere de \u00eenmatriculare ale ma\u0219inilor nu erau ungure\u0219ti.  Majoritatea vast\u0103 a celor str\u0103ine sunt rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. Am num\u0103rat  \u0219i am calculat \u00een timp ce conduceam, nu zic a\u0219a din ochi. C\u0103 ce s\u0103 faci la volan at\u00e2ta timp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prin urmare dac\u0103 sun at\u00e2\u021bia utilizatori str\u0103ini a infrastructurii are mai mult sens s\u0103 institui o taxa de acces pentru toat\u0103 lumea, dec\u00e2t s\u0103 te bazezi pe impozite, c\u0103 rom\u00e2nii nu pl\u0103tesc impozite \u0219i taxe \u00een Ungaria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Austria circa 2\/10 ma\u0219ini de pe autostrad\u0103 de la ora aia aveau numere rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. Nu le-am re\u021binut pe restul, dar cred c\u0103 un num\u0103r aproape  similar de ma\u0219ini aveau pl\u0103cu\u021be germane \u0219i cam la fel ungure\u0219ti .  A\u0219a c\u0103 \u0219i acolo e justificat\u0103 treaba asta cu vignete, ambele \u021b\u0103ri av\u00e2nd infrastructura folosita mai degrab\u0103 pentru tranzit interna\u021bional c\u0103tre \u0219i de c\u0103tre alte \u021b\u0103ri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar Rom\u00e2nia? \u0218i Bulgaria? C\u0103 la noi nu prea e a\u0219a.  La noi e ca la nem\u021bi, care nem\u021bi nu au sistem de vignete. La intrarea \u00een Germania era un procent aproape similar de ma\u0219ini \u00eenmatriculate \u00een Rom\u00e2nia comparabil cu cele germane ca in Austria. Dar dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva ore de mers, de la Nurnberg a\u0219a, s-au cam diluat \u0219i nu prea mai erau semnificative statistic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cenapoi la vitez\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Germania are autostr\u0103zi cu por\u021biuni \u00eentinse f\u0103r\u0103 limit\u0103 de vitez\u0103 iar acolo unde exist\u0103 limite de vitez\u0103 pe autostrad\u0103 se respect\u0103 orientativ , c\u0103 nu prea au camere , nici poli\u021bie. Nu sunt foarte agresivi in a le impune , in afara localit\u0103\u021bilor &#8211; nota bene! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problema e c\u0103 autostr\u0103zile nem\u021be\u0219ti sunt mereu in lucru, ca \u0219i alea britanice, lol, dar un pic altfel, la \u0103ia chiar \u0219i lucreaz\u0103.  B\u0103i, dar mereu. Din 2014 de c\u00e2nd am condus mai mult sau mai episodic prin Germania, autostr\u0103zile lor  sunt mereu in lucru. Nu acelea\u0219i por\u021biuni dar sunt. Vezi poduri noi, leg\u0103turi noi segmente noi, b\u0103i aia construiesc \u00eentr-una \u0219i ( po\u021bi vedea transform\u0103rile inclusiv \u00een ora\u0219e &#8211; am comparat Frankfurt 2013, vs 2015, vs 2022)  &#8211; se vede schimbarea se vede c\u0103 nu se trag pe cur chiar ca prin alte p\u0103r\u021bi. E de notat c\u0103 cu o alt\u0103 ma\u0219in\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 familie a\u0219 fi putut ob\u021bine vitez\u0103 medie semnificativ mai bun\u0103, dar eu , a\u0219a cum am mai zi, am fost limitat de rabla plin\u0103, cauciucuri \u0219i context ( familie \u00een ma\u0219in\u0103) la 140km\/h, or pe por\u021biunile f\u0103r\u0103 limite erau ma\u0219ini care dep\u0103\u0219eau cu 180-200km\/g, altfel repari media daca circuli a\u0219a. Pe de alt\u0103 parte am prin \u0219i &#8220;STAU&#8221;-uri, ca de obicei, cauzate de prea multe ma\u0219ini care se aglomereaz\u0103 din cauza zonelor cu limit\u0103 de vitez\u0103 care urmeaz\u0103 por\u021biunilor f\u0103r\u0103 limit\u0103 \u0219i de accidente, c\u0103 deh, faptul c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 limit\u0103 de vitez\u0103 nu garanteaz\u0103 c\u0103 oamenii aia \u0219i pot conduce repede. Cu men\u021biunea c\u0103 da, &#8220;doar daca sunt radare pe Waze&#8221;, altfel 90km\/h pe unde e liber \u0219i nu sunt curbe. Iar al\u021bii mai pu\u021bin responsabili, sau cu ma\u0219ini \u0219i talente mai precise merg \u0219i mai repede. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe ultimul segment din Germania, l\u00e2ng\u0103 ie\u0219irea din Achen ,  se mergea a\u0219a de repede, ziceai c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea voia s\u0103 se bucure de ultimul segment de drum f\u0103r\u0103 limite, efectiv la 140km\/h eram printre cei mai len\u021bi, doar camioanele mergeau mai \u00eencet.  Prin Olanda se mergea a\u0219a ai a\u0219a iar \u00een Belgia viteza a &#8220;\u00eenghe\u021bat&#8221;. Dracu \u0219tie dac\u0103 am dep\u0103\u0219it viteza limit\u0103, sau nu, nu conteaz\u0103 asta, conteaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u0103ia p\u00e2ndesc la fiecare kilometru cu un set de camere, pentru ei e important ca \u0219oferii s\u0103 respecte limitele de vitez\u0103 la s\u00e2nge \u0219i se conduce cam \u00eencet, sub limitele de vitez\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acestea fiind zise, ceea ce vreau s\u0103 spun e c\u0103 autostr\u0103zile conteaz\u0103 , dar nu sunt cel mai important lucru \u0219i trebuie privite contextualizat. Rom\u00e2nia , de exemplu, nu are nevoie de o gr\u0103mad\u0103 de autostr\u0103zi, comparativ cu \u021b\u0103rile cel mai dezvoltate, c\u0103 nu are nici popula\u021bia nici traficul \u0219i <strong>nici nu trebuie s\u0103 le aib\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statele dezvoltate cred eu c\u0103 s-ar putea s\u0103 aib\u0103 prea multe autostr\u0103zi, unele dintre ele mai multe dec\u00e2t \u00ee\u0219i permit \u0219i c\u00e2t\u0103 vreme eu o s\u0103 votez oriunde , nu o s\u0103 votez regimuri politice care promit mai multe autostr\u0103zi, lua\u021bi aminte. Nu conta\u021bi pe mine.  Desigur, e nevoie de drumuri moderne, \u00eentre\u021binute, dar nu puhoaie de autostr\u0103zi \u0219i infrastructura scump\u0103 cu 11 mii de benzi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vorbe\u0219te lumea c\u0103 avioanele polueaz\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 ar trebui. Nu. Nu, n-ar. Avioanele nu polueaz\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t autostr\u0103zile cu tot cu construc\u021bia \u0219i mentenan\u021ba lor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar trebui un alt model, unul \u00een care utilizatorii drumului pl\u0103tesc pentru asta, ci nu toat\u0103 popula\u021bia.
