Rezult\u0103 c\u0103 cuplul mediu se poate \u00eendatora cu o rat\u0103 de maxim 3177 lei \/ lun\u0103, adic\u0103 635 de euro. Pretul mediu al locuin\u021bei era 75,000 \u00een 2021 , creditul mediu 61k EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dob\u00e2nda ar fi 5%  cum era ( \u00een EUR , c\u00e2nd am \u00eemprumutat eu \u00een Rom\u00e2nia ) am vorbi de o sum\u0103 \u00eemprumutabil\u0103 de 85k EUR pentru cuplul mediu, deci locuin\u021be \u00een jurul a 100k EUR.  C\u00e2nd am cump\u0103rat eu apartament \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, salariul mediu era mult mai mic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dob\u00e2nda ar fi de 1.5% cum a fost ( \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 este pentru mine ) c\u00e2nd am \u00eemprumutat eu \u00een UK , am vorbi de 140k EUR imprumiutabili, casele \u00een jur de 160k EUR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate la acela\u0219i nivel de salarii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desigur, ca dac\u0103 ar fi salarii mai bune , casele ar fi \u0219i mai scumpe,  \u00een UK pre\u021bul mediu la o cas\u0103 e undeva pe la 280k lire. <br \/>Prin urmare, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 pretind c\u0103 e bine sau r\u0103u, <strong>taxarea forfetar\u0103 a b\u00e2ncilor face ca accesul la bani pe pia\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 fie scump \u0219i restric\u021bionat. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti un privilegiat \u0219i nu ai nevoie , \u00ee\u021bi permi\u021bi cash &#8211; din punctul de vedere reziden\u021bial poate fi foarte bine.
