OK.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru c\u0103 KPI-urile includ planurile de dezvoltare anual\u0103 \u0219i sunt, sau ar trebui s\u0103 fie setate, \u00een idea cre\u0219teriiprofesionale &#8211; c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd mergi s\u0103 ceri o m\u0103rire de salariu ( a\u0219a era pe vremea mea) f\u0103r\u0103 nimic, \u00een cel mai bun caz se termina \u00een \u201ds\u0103 vedem, s\u0103 facem un plan de dezvoltare \u201d &#8211; p\u0103i , dac\u0103 l-ai \u00eendeplinit &#8211; banul jos. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar da, deseori,  managerul &#8211; nici m\u0103car angajatorul, doar managerul , are un blind spot aici &#8211; conclude c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 serviciile de suma pl\u0103tit\u0103 deja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Singurul sfat util din tot articolul este \u0103sta, par\u021bial, partea subliniat\u0103, pe care el nu-l recomand\u0103 , lol. <br \/>\u201eNu de pu\u021bine ori se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 a\u0219a: \u0218eful, dac\u0103 nu cre\u0219ti salariul cu 15%, eu plec. <strong>Dar asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 ai alternativ\u0103. <\/strong>(\u0218i merge asta?) Simplu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai la \u00eenceputul carierei, f\u0103ceam gre\u0219eala, c\u0103 e o gre\u0219eal\u0103, ca la negocieri de felul \u0103sta s\u0103 cer la fel c\u00e2t pl\u0103teau al\u021bii s\u0103 plec, cu perspectiva de a accepta, la o adic\u0103, CHIAR \u0218I UN PIC MAI PU\u021aIN, \u00een ideea c\u0103 matematic e un efort s\u0103 te mu\u021bi \u00een alt\u0103 parte \u0219i ni\u0219te incertitudine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E GRE\u0218IT. Spre norocul meu,  n-a contat, c\u0103 am plecat oricum, lol.
