Eu nu v\u00e2nd m\u00e2ine, poate niciodat\u0103, mi-e totuna dac\u0103 scad casele la 50% &#8211; mai cump\u0103r, c\u0103 vreau pere\u021bi, nu zerouri \u00een cont. Nu am nici probleme de equity &#8211; avem deja peste 60% equity, pe noi ne vrea banca de clien\u021bi, dar nu prea o mai vrem noi, hehehehe, revine un articol mai incolo\u0219a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce zice nenea acolo cu v\u00e2nz\u0103ri pe spr\u00e2ncean\u0103 pentru a influen\u021ba pre\u021bul de referin\u021b\u0103 al pie\u021bei, \u00eentre case care stau de 7-8 luni la v\u00e2nzare e destul de interesant.
