servi\u00a0 &#8220;catusi de putin&#8221; intereselor economice ale tarii atunci am spune, da domne, ca masura de ultim resort avem nevoie de acesti bani.<\/p>\n<p>Insa, modul cum se face acest imprumut, faptul ca chelu din capu&#8217; mesei incearca sa ne duca cu zahareul ca &gt;&gt; poate ,\u00a0 nu va fi nevoie sa luam toti banii , ca centuri de siguranta , ca o sa luam 2-3 miliarde&#8230;.O laie! O sa luam atati bani cati o sa ni se permita , si daca nu o sa ii luam pe toti asta se va intampla ca nu vom reusi sa respectam nici una din conditii, si in stilul caracteristic\u00a0 romanesc incercand sa impacam si capra si varza vom sfarsii cu\u00a0 varza\u00a0 mancata si capra spanzurata in gard.Cat priveste\u00a0 exprimarea poetica de &#8220;centura de siguranta&#8221;&#8230;am trecut de mult de centura de siguranta. Accidentul e\u00a0 in desfasurare si suntem deja\u00a0 trecuti prin parbriz,-banii ne vor servi pentru sedative si o\u00a0 intretinere a unei stari de coma cat mai lungi. Sper totusi ca in urma imprumutului sa nu ni se deseneze conturul cu creta.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cu ce garantam imprumutul?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cu tot ce a mai ramas in\u00a0 tara asta si nu se poate fura pe fata. Cu fabrici\u00a0 si alte active in prezent detinute de stat si care dupa intrarea Romaniei in faliment vor fi executate in beneficiul unor corporatii trimise de\u00a0 FMI sa le conduca, corporatii evident bine alese.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Care este costul imprumutului?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Costul imprumutului este in realitate inestimabil in momentul de fata. In functie de cat de prost vor fi folositi banii , pentru ca nu am nici o indoiala ca vor fi folositi prost ,poate sa fie de la\u00a0 mentinerea unor taxe si impozite mari pe perioada indelungata pt. a acoperii\u00a0 ratele imprumuitului ( lucrul care ne va muta din nou economia in subteran, si ne va transforma in traficanti si evazionisti cu sau fara voia noastra), pana la mentinerea unei depresiuni economice pe o perioada mai lunga decat ar fi fost naturala , culminand cu maximul posibil- falimentarea Romaniei. In acest sens este de referinta cazul <a href=\"http:\/\/emperors-clothes.com\/news\/argen.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Argentinei<\/em>.<\/a> Pentru a va face o idee cam unde o sa ajungem in 2, 3 ani de la acordarea imprumutului, adica atunci cand ne vom apropia de scadenta , aruncati un ochi<em><a href=\"http:\/\/mondediplo.com\/2002\/09\/13argentina\"> aici<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Care este scopul imprumutului?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scopul teoretic al imprumutului este evident\u00a0 finantarea strategiilor de relansare a economiei, relansare pe care o incercam de atata vreme ca acum ar trebui sa fie deja in spatiul cosmic. In realitate banii vor fi folositi de catre\u00a0 beneficiarii\u00a0 acestei scheme , ca un\u00a0 credit pentru nevoi personale.La comanda capitanului , Banca Nationala va injecta acesti bani in stabilizarea fortata a cursului Euro , poate chiar la scaderea lui. Isarescu a anuntat deja o previziune a scaderii acestui curs la sfarsitul primaverii caz in care ma intreb:&#8221; De ce\u00a0 spunea ca 4.2 lei nu e un curs mare?.Evident in an electoral perceptia populatiei trebuie sa fie de mai bine&#8230;sau de mai putin rau. Nu in ultima instanta\u00a0 injectarea banilor in economie va fi , probabil, pentru a servi unor interese . Spun asta pentru ca nu sunt de acord cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mircea-badea.ro\/blog\/\">Mircea Badea<\/a> care spune ca banii europeni nu se pot fura&#8230; ca e mai greu. Se fura si astia. Poate nu\u00a0 ca in autobuz ,direct din buzunar, dar consider ca oricine detine in tara asta o stampila cu drept de dispozitie de plata , pune stampila aia numai acolo unde interesele personale ii sunt reprezentate intr-un fel sau altul. Ori, cand ai o stampila de\u00a0 cateva miliarde de euro&#8230;In ciuda faptului ca majoritatea celor care ne conduc au poate\u00a0 un IQ de gardian public, oamenii astia au experienta de haita, au sfori , au parghii , au bani si pot\u00a0 platii pe altii &#8220;to do the thinking&#8221;, la modu&#8217; &#8221; Bah, io am un sac de bani pus bine, zi tu cum il\u00a0 facem sa dispara .&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consideratii personale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ma ingrozeste ideea ca va trebui sa platesc ani de zile\u00a0 pentru\u00a0 foloase pe care nu le primesc, dar pe de alta parte , asta se intampla deja. Ma ingrozeste ideea ca\u00a0 in momentul in care toate se vor duce dracu si oamenii vor iesii inevitabil in strazi sa se stranga de gat unii pe altii, ca altceva ce sa mai faca,cineva va venii cu sclipitoarea idee ca statul sa ia din nou fraiele\u00a0 ,sa ii ia pe toti sub aripa lui ocrotitoare\u00a0 si sa le ia tot ce mai au pentru a le administra mai cu chibzuinta.Ma ingrozeste ideea ca cei mai multi care nu vor mai avea nimic de pierdut or sa\u00a0 ceara singuri asta cu incrancenare , si singuri le vor baga pumnul in gura celor care vor mai indrazni sa viseze macar la un gram de libertate. Nu e un scenariu apocaliptic, e un ciclu care se repeta din timp in timp oriunde in lume, dar la noi&#8230;parca mai repede ca la altii.<\/p>\n<p>Vad cum desi suntem pe aceeasi bucata de pamant cu\u00a0 Europenii , ne asemanam din ce in ce mai mult cu Africanii\u00a0 ( si ma refer doar la cei mai saraci si mai putin civilizati) unde toti muncesc intru imbuibarea unuia si se bucura la bucata de paine uscata cazuta din mana stapanului.
