A\u0219 fi putut s\u0103 includ asta ca poveste \u00een poveste aici<\/a>. Dar era deja destul de lung, iar eu am scriu deja destul de confuz si, indiferent de ce-a\u021bi crede, nu lucrez pentru big pharma, nici nu m\u0103 pl\u0103tesc produc\u0103torii de pastile de dureri de cap.<\/p>\n

M-am \u00eentristat brusc, pentru c\u0103 dac\u0103 afirma\u021bia asta nu e o glum\u0103, sau un test pentru a vedea c\u00e2t de prost sunt eu, discu\u021bia nu are cum s\u0103 continue \u00a0fericit. Sau, m\u0103 rog, nu sunt eu at\u00e2t de inteligent \u0219i r\u0103bd\u0103tor s\u0103 pot imagina un dialog \u0219i o \u00a0inerent\u0103 dezbatere, nu neap\u0103rat cu \u201dhappy end\u201d, dar care s\u0103 nu \u00eemi lase un sentiment de aer greu respirabil.<\/p>\n

Proast\u0103 idee, c\u0103 omul nu prea p\u0103rea c\u0103 ar fi citit prea multe, de ce dracului s\u0103 fi citit tocmai aia, dar zic s\u0103 nu judec oamenii dup\u0103 aparen\u021be.<\/p>\n

-No. What book?<\/p>\n

-Uh, Dracula. Then you are maybe inspired by all \u00a0these movies with vampires and Dracula from \u00a0Transylvania? You know, they’re just movies. Fantasies.<\/p>\n

-No, no! Not movies! I know the movies, but it’s not about them. These people that I am taking from the airport, they are all talking about dark magic happening in your country.<\/p>\n

\u0218tiam deja despre ce vorbe\u0219te \u0219i am s\u0103 descriu aici pe scurt o poveste despre \u201dmagia neagr\u0103\u201d, pentru care tata probabil se va sup\u0103ra pe mine, c\u00e2nd \u00eei voi da linkul de la blogul meu, c\u00e2t \u0219i de la altele, s\u0103 citeasc\u0103, c\u0103 oricum se uit\u0103 numai la Mizerii TV.<\/p>\n

\u0218tiam precis despre ce vorbe\u0219te, doar c\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103rca un sentiment de greutate s\u0103 m\u0103 trezesc, brusc, din taxiul \u00een drum spre Luton \u00eentr-o scen\u0103 din Diablo, sau Warcraft, sau alte jocuri cu spell points \u0219i mana.<\/p>\n

Cu un ultim efort \u00eei spun c\u0103:<\/p>\n

-There is, really, no black magic, only naive people believing in such lies and professional scammers making a living out of it. And yes, sadly, you can still see such medieval practices of scamming people in Romania and I am not proud even to mention them, but I am sure you can see these \u00a0tricks beyond the people’s words and their unjustified fears, while you look at them as a man living in a modern and educated country.<\/p>\n

    -No, these people, they were quite affected and\u00a0 seem to be honest,\u00a0<\/strong> they described how these things happen!<\/p>\n

    -Well, honest in their beliefs they may be, and affected as well, specially if they’ve lost some money and they have a personal issue that pushed them to these primitive beliefs, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the reality.<\/p>\n

    -No, they said to me that there, in Romania, there are \u00a0old women that can \u00a0turn some person’s life bad, they can curse you, they can put spells on you, they use blood, animals and cards, too see and turn the future \u00a0into better or worse. They do incantations.<\/p>\n

    -Cards! If they would only use books! But, yes. They do. They do, indeed, all these and more, but that doesn’t mean they actually change the future, or cast spells effectively. The only people who are caught under their spell are those seeking their council and help, because they’re extorted of money and other values. These \u00a0incantations are not for free. And they’re also blackmailed to push more and more money into it \u00a0and, while their life doesn’t turn the way they want, they get more and more anxious, depressed, and make themselves believe that there is actually some outcome of this fake sorcery.<\/p>\n

    -So, you do not believe in black magic?!<\/p>\n

    -Well, I am sorry to disappoint you you, but I don’t. If you \u00a0hoped that maybe I have too some nice and spicy stories about this, I am afraid I have not.<\/p>\n

    -So, you have never been affected until now by \u00a0the black magic in your country?<\/p>\n

    Ar trebui s\u0103 continui \u00een rom\u00e2ne\u0219te, c\u0103 pentru rom\u00e2ni scriu asta, dar nu. Am motivele mele. Cine vrea s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103, s\u0103 traduc\u0103, dac\u0103 nu \u0219tie.<\/p>\n

    -I was affected profoundly by the \u00a0practice of \u201dblack magic\u201d in my country. \u00a0But not because of \u00a0any magic happening, but as a result of\u00a0the stupidity of all the people surrounding themselves with it.<\/p>\n

    -Oh , interesting, sir! Please, continue!<\/p>\n

    -When I was a kid , the people of my country were even more stupid than they are now, if you can imagine. And now you hear from UK that they are still scared of BM. I almost laugh. They were much more stupid and more poor . And these two things were a great issue for forming new and independent families that could eventually grow smarter and\u00a0get over these unproven lies. They relied and depended heavily on their parents and they couldn’t escape from that.<\/p>\n

    -I don’t understand you! Why to escape from parents?<\/p>\n

    -When you would marry you could not move out from your parents house and influence, because you would not have a house of your own. Well, the woman would move out, but \u00a0you would end up living with either your \u00a0in-laws or your parents. Or even if you would get to live in your own house, it would be \u00a0more or less provided by your parents or in-laws. So they would have some control over your family, that they wouldn’t refrain to express.<\/p>\n

    -Naturally, but what does this has to do with black magic?<\/p>\n

    -Well, think about the fact that my father’s mom didn’t like my mother at all, while my mother’s mom didn’t like my father at all. Things which caused lots of tensions over the years. Most of them from my father’s mom, as we were living in the same village in the house built by my father’s parents.<\/p>\n

    -It happens.<\/p>\n

    -More likely to happen if you’re stupid and poor.<\/p>\n

    -And the black magic ?<\/p>\n

    -Well, when my grandmother, the mother of my father, passed away our family was about to become free and I had, without realizing, the happiest day of my childhood. As you may expect, the other mother in law came to the funeral. She would still hate my father, but had less to say since her daughter was \u00a0not living \u00a0in her reach, nor we were depending on her in any way.<\/p>\n

    -So then what? Did she do any black magic on your father?<\/p>\n

    -Well, as far as it concerns them, she did some incantations, supposedly to make my father die, or something . I don’t recall her exact goal with it, as it was stupid anyway!<\/p>\n

    -And what happened? Did the curse fell on your father?<\/p>\n

    -Not really. More like on my mother.<\/p>\n

    -Well, you know, the spells are not going always the way you expect. What happened?<\/p>\n

    -It happened that my father caught her in the process of doing all these things. And he got irritated.<\/p>\n

    -See? Your father did believe in it! Of course he was irritated, anyone would have gotten mad!<\/p>\n

    -Well, I didn’t say that my father was a smart man!<\/p>\n

    -Shame on you, then! How can you talk like that about your father?<\/p>\n

    -And he wasn’t convinced of all this black magic stuff, though he admits that he had some fears of his own. But the point is that he caught his mother in-law \u00a0trying to harm him. It doesn’t matter what were the means and whether they work, or not.<\/p>\n

    -Indeed. And what did he do?<\/p>\n

    -He banished his mother in law from his house, he never forgave her while she was alive, he never visited her before she died \u00a0and we were free of any contact or influence from her ever since. So we could\u00a0have at last a close to normal family life.<\/p>\n

    -Well, but this was for the best, I see. How did this affect you?<\/p>\n

    -Well, for \u00a0starters, I had 2 grand parents from that lineage. The other one was actually great, but I didn’t got to see him, neither my mother didn’t get to see her parents since, for a very long time.<\/p>\n

    -Oh I see. So that’s why you don’t believe in black magic?<\/p>\n

    -No. But because there are no proven effects of it.<\/p>\n

    -So, you don’t believe in God?<\/p>\n

    -I don’t know how come that you ask me this, but no. I don’t.<\/p>\n

    -I choose to believe that there’s \u00a0only humans in evil or good.<\/p>\n

    -But, what if it’s real and you just ignore his presence?<\/p>\n

    Ajungem \u00eentr-un punct \u00een care \u00eei explic c\u0103, principial vorbind, eu nu am o problem\u0103 dac\u0103 Dumnezeu exist\u0103, dar c\u0103 dac\u0103 el exist\u0103, de\u0219i mie nu-mi pas\u0103, nu poate fi vorba s\u0103 fie Dumnezeul descris \u00een car\u021bile oric\u0103rei religii, pentru c\u0103 \u0103lea au fost scrise\u00a0toate\u00a0<\/strong> de oameni. Oameni care au ca interes prostirea altor oameni. Ce mi-o fi trecut prin cap sa spun asta, nu \u0219tiu. \u00a0La care zice:<\/p>\n

    -Yes, the Quran!<\/p>\n

    -Who wrote that?<\/p>\n

    -God himself!<\/p>\n

    -Really, God himself has written the book?<\/p>\n

    -Yes!<\/p>\n

    -And there is any proof that supports this theory?<\/p>\n

    -It is not a theory, it is how it has happened and the proof is that all the versions of Quran that you may \u00a0find in any language and written in any time, they are all the same. Nothing has changed . While in other books it has.<\/p>\n

    -So, in your opinion, if something\u00a0is unchanged from the beginning it’s a proof that it has been written by \u00a0God, or Allah, and that it’s the pure truth.<\/p>\n

    -Yes, all the other books have changed.<\/p>\n

    -So the key to the truth and to God \u00a0would be to repeat the same thing over and over , even if it’s a lie, even if it has \u00a0gaps in the logic.<\/p>\n

    -No! But the fact that it has been the same all this time is the proof that it’s written by God. And that it’s true.<\/p>\n

    -So, if I tell you one lie for 1000 years \u00a0and I stand behind it, I don’t change any word of it, will it become true and would value as much as the word from God?<\/p>\n

    -But this is not how it happened.<\/p>\n

    -And yet, we rely only on the fact that nothing has been changed from the original version, as you say.<\/p>\n
